Register Your Child for Tutoring & Homework Assistance

We are happy to announce that  B.O.O.K. Academy is re-opening on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, for in-person tutoring and homework assistance.  B.O.O.K. Academy will be operating Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 pm to 7 pm in the Maranatha Outreach Center.

If you are interested in registering your child for the 2022-2023 session, please download and print the attached application and return it to us as soon as possible, preferably by Friday, September 16, 2022, to secure your spot.

 

There are several options for returning your application:

1. Scan and email the completed application to info@bookacademy.org

2. Drop off the application at our office. (address is listed on the flyer above)

3. Mail back the application to the address on the flyer. If mailing applications, please put "Attention B.O.O.K. Academy" on the envelope. This is to ensure that we receive your application in a timely manner.
